2. If you choose delivery in Slovakia you can pay “cash on delivery” when receiving the shipment.

Slovakia – 1-3 business days once payment is received
Europe – 5-10 business days once payment is received

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the items, refunds or exchanges are not possible on digital orders.
Refund Policy for Physical items:
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please, contact me within 3 days after receipt of item. I will work with you to resolve any issues. I will accept a return within 7 days upon receiving it, and you will be refunded. I do not refund shipping cost. Purchase price only will be refunded. I will refund price of item to you upon reception. The item must be returned in its original condition without any physical changes with all of its components. The buyer pays for return shipping. Please return it packaged as nicely as it was packaged for you.
